Damien Robinson made her patch at the Html Patchworkshop, Interactive Screen, Banff New Media Institute, Banff Centre for the Arts, Canada, August 2007.

This patch was made at the Banff New Media Institute during the Interactive Screen 0.7 programme. I used to do patchwork when I was little and it was intriguing to find I could call on skills I hadn't used for 30 years (woo, backstitch!). The code placement is down to me trying to follow the chat with Ruth Catlow and Stuart Bowditch via my lovely interpreters, Pam and Diane, which meant I wasn't looking at what I was doing most of the time…
